Tim Cowin
Pastor of Mid-County and Ballwin Locations
Tim has been serving as a Pastor for the Rock Church for over 25 years. He has continued his education during that time in theology where he earned his Doctorate. Tim has been at the forefront of going where others won't including with Africa Missions. Tim also leads the staff for all Rock Church locations.
Matt Mullen
Pastor of Worship and Family Ministries
Matt grew up going to the Rock Church. Him and his family have been long time members. When the Soulard location opened, God put it on his heart to use his talent as a musician to help lead Worship. Now Matt is the Worship Leader at the Mid-County Location, and he helps oversee Worship at all locations. Matt also leads Youth United, and he helps maintain our campuses. Truly a Jack of all trades!
Steve Wilson
Pastor of South County Location
Steve has been with the Rock Church for over 20 years. He started in ministry by serving wherever he could. Over the years Steve was the Lead Youth Pastor, until God opened the door for him to be the Lead Pastor at The South County Location. He has a heart for the lost and he's done an outstanding job with expanding our youth group during his tenure, and now he's expanding the congregation at our South County location!
Kenneth Robinson Sr.
Pastor of Soulard Location
Ken joined our staff 10 years ago after taking on the Lead Pastor role at the Soulard location. He has served in an amazing capacity there ever since. Ken started a ministry in Soulard for those who need transportation to church service, and he started a ministry to deliver food for those in need. Ken is a genuine soul with an enviable love for Jesus and his family.
Yoshinori Ubukata
Pastor of Japanese International Harvest Church
Pastor Yoshi moved to St. Louis with his family in October, 2006 and planted Japanese International Harvest Church (JIHC) in February, 2007. He also serves as facilitator of JCPN to help start Japanese speaking churches in other cities in the US. Yoshi and his family have a heart for the Japanese Speaking Community and they meet at our Mid County Location. jihc-stl.com
Jesse Sneed
Pastoral Intern
Jesse joined the staff at the beginning of 2023. He's currently on the board with Urban Reach too. God placed a passion in Jesse's heart for the inner city of STL. Future mission and plans are to eventually help start an inner city church in STL!
Caleb Cowin
Pastoral Intern
Caleb joined the office staff in the summer of 2023 after he felt called to serve at the church. He has been in the sales industry for the past 10 years, and now he's transitioning into ministry. Caleb has a heart for reaching the next generation using his gifts of preaching, music, and multi-media strategies.
